Geshev congratulated his colleagues on their work throughout the year and clearly stated that the political attack would not have the desired effect of a separation of the prosecution. Just the contrary. In his speech the attorney general stated his intention to refer the amendments to the JSA adopted by the 47th National Assembly to the Constitutional court as unconstiutional.
