Bulgarian Attorney General for Trud Newspaper: There Are Political Interests Hidden Behind the Attempts of Closing the Court Having Special Jurisdiction

The Bulgarian Attorney general has given an interview for Trud newspaper. In it he talks about the attempts of closing the court that is having special jurisdiction and states that there are political interests hidden behind these attempts. According to him these political interests serve the organised crime and hence that act might have serious consequences for the Parliament. No matter the strong ambitions of the governing party, Hristo Ivanov and Nadezhda Yordanova hid from the debate on the judicial reform.
